It’s no secret that physical activity can enhance our mental health and wellbeing. Combine that with sea air and the striking views along the Wales Coast Path, and you’re bound to reap the benefits of being outdoors.
So, we are encouraging you to get out and find your slice of wellbeing on the Path — whether it’s on your daily run, whilst walking the dog after work, or simply walking and talking with your nearest and dearest while admiring the view.
And to make sure you get the very most out of your next Wales Coast Path experience, we’ve teamed up with Heads Above The Waves a non-profit organisation raising awareness of depression and self-harm in young people.
Together, we’ve curated some of the most relaxing walking routes, mindfulness tips and activities for you to try out on the Path.
What’s more, we’ll soon be launching a brand-new merchandise range in partnership with Heads Above The Waves — with all proceeds helping support young people struggling with self-harm. Keep an eye on our social media channels for updates!
